Dan began his career in 1970 with a Long Island manufacturers’ rep. In 1989, he left there to become a writer. He has written 23 books for the heating industry, along with hundreds of magazine columns. He lectured widely and started the popular HeatingHelp.com site in 1997. In 2016, Dan’s daughter, Erin Haskell took over the family business. Dan continues to write columns for the heating industry, and he is working on his fifth novel.

  4. Use a variety of methods to analyze the cause of steam-heating problems and identify how to put together a plan to solve those problems.
